I'm Adele-Marie.

I've spent over two decades in the spaces where women come when everything else has stopped working.

The therapy rooms. The coaching programmes. The retreats. And what I see, again and again, is women who had done the work,  and still couldn't break through.

That's because the breakthrough was never in the strategy. It was always in the body.

I'm a Somatic Psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and nervous system specialist, I work at a level that talking therapy and business coaching simply cannot reach, getting to the root of what's holding you back quickly, without years of unpacking, without reliving the past, without endless processing.

The women I work with don't just feel better. They become unshakeable.

They develop a self-trust and inner confidence so deeply rooted that the noise of the outside world, the comparison, the criticism, the doubt,  simply stops landing the same way.

They cross income ceilings they'd been bumping against for years. They lead from a place of inner wisdom that doesn't waver.

Day 2

REWIRE (30 minutes) The pattern that's capping your income

You'll walk away hearing a new story about who you are and what you're capable of, one that isn't written by your past.

We release the old identity that learned to stay small, and you begin touching the edges of what becomes possible when self-doubt loses its grip and real self-trust takes its place.

Day 3

IGNITE (30 minutes) Coming home, leading from your body, not your fear

You'll walk away with a felt sense of inner confidence that no course or coach has ever given you, because this time, it comes from inside you.

You'll feel it land in your body. You'll see yourself differently. That is not a metaphor. That is the work.

Without this, you keep leading from your head, white-knuckling your way to results that never feel like enough.

Day 4 Masterclass

Day 4 - THE MASTERCLASS (90 minutes) Stepping into the leader you actually are

This is where everything integrates. In 75 minutes, you'll walk away with a clear felt vision of your next level, seeing her, hearing her voice, feeling what it's like to lead from a place of deep regulation, unshakeable self-trust, and zero apology. This is not inspiration. This is activation.

This is the session where women say, "I've never experienced anything like that before."
